MISA Malawi Fun Run
29 Aug, 2024
The Fun Run will mark the launch of MISA Malawi's activities on 2025 elections.

As we are about to begin a 12-month countdown to September 16 2025 Malawi Tripartite Elections, MISA Malawi invites you to a Fundraising Fun Run to be held in Lilongwe on Saturday September 21 2024.

This Fun Run will mark the launch of the Chapter’s activities on elections.

Funds realised from the Fun Run will be used to complete the construction of MISA Malawi Training Centre at Mtolankhani House in Lilongwe. We target to raise K30 million from the Fun Run.

To be held under the theme ‘Support Media Freedom: Claim Your Right to Free Speech and make the 2025 Elections Free, Fair and Citizen-centred’, the Fun Run is open to politicians, journalists, communications and public relations practitioners, electoral stakeholders and ordinary citizens/voters.

Route of the Fun Run

  • Game Complex to Gateway Mall via Lilongwe Water Board and Likuni Round About.

You can share with us a sentence on why you support media freedom and free expression and the amount you are contributing towards the cause. MISA Malawi will create a poster of you and circulate it on all MISA Malawi social media platforms.

Your pledges or contributions should be deposited or transferred to:

Account Name: NAMISA FUNDRAISING
Account number: 1004071103
